Certainly, both members and non-members can reserve the private kitchen for up to 10 people max, and the dining event venue for culinary events with a max of 50 guests provided there are no scheduling conflicts with other members. As a shared-use commercial kitchen, we offer tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of individual businesses. Our pricing options include:

IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS I CAN WORK AT FOOTHILL KITCHENS?
There is no maximum number of hours. The minimum requirement is 10 hours per month and a four-hour shift on any given day to book an available workstation.
Permits and Certificate Requirements
DOES FOOTHILL KITCHENS PROVIDE HELP TO GET ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK TO GET STARTED AS A FOOD BUSINESS AND AS A KITCHEN MEMBER?
At Foothill Kitchens, we are pleased to offer assistance in obtaining all the necessary paperwork required to commence your food business and become a kitchen member. Our team is readily available to address any questions you may have and facilitate connections with industry experts and relevant agencies. Additionally, we provide consulting services backed by 30 years of demonstrated success in the restaurant business.
CAN I USE MY SAFESERV CERTIFICATE TO OPERATE OUT OF FOOTHILL KITCHENS?
At least one person involved in your business must obtain a Food Managers Card. All other food workers with your business must obtain a San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card.
DO I NEED A HEALTH PERMIT TO WORK AT FOOTHILL KITCHENS?
Yes, catering operations necessitate Dept. of Public Health biannual inspection and permitting. Meanwhile, other products, such as consumer packaged goods, are typically supervised and inspected by the Dept. of Agriculture and Markets. During onboarding, we can furnish you with the essential information to assist you in determining which permit or license you may require and how to apply for it.
HOW LONG IS THE DEPT OF HEALTH OR AG PERMIT VALID FOR?
The San Bernardino County health permit issued to you by Environmental Health Services (EHS) is valid for one year and requires renewal every year thereafter. It is important to note that the permit is solely applicable to your business operations at Foothill Kitchens. No food may be prepared or stored at your private residence or any other location that has not been approved by the (EHS).
WHY DO I NEED A FOOD HANDLER'S PERMIT AND HOW DO I GET ONE?
In order to comply with Health Department regulations, it is necessary for at least one member of each business team to possess a valid Food Manager's Card and all other food workers to have current Food Handler's Permits while engaged in kitchen production. To obtain the permit, interested individuals may enroll in classes through a provided link during the Foothill Kitchens member application process. Upon successful completion of the course, candidates may then register for a test date.
